Google Workspace offers 4 plans and 4 add-ons. Prices start at $7 per user for Business Starter and go up to $22 per user for Business Plus. Each plan comes with a free 14-day trial to try out different features of a Google Workspace plan before committing.

  • Business Starter starts at $7/user/month with business email, Gemini in Gmail, 100-participant video conferencing, 30GB pooled storage space per user, and 24/7 phone and email support. 
  • Business Standard starts at $14/user/month with Gemini in all apps, electronic signatures, 150-participant video meetings, 2TB pooled storage per user, and upgradable support from standard to enhanced. 
  • Business Plus starts at $22/user/month, offering 500-participant video meetings with recording and attendance, enhanced security, and 5TB pooled storage per user. 
  • Enterprise offers custom pricing based on your business needs. Including 1000-participant video meetings, upgradable support, compliance controls, and in-domain live streaming.

Add-ons include:

  • Voice: Block spam calls, transcribe voicemails, and assign numbers for better coordination.
  • AppSheet: It starts at $5 per user. Develop and test your apps with 10 users, connect to cloud file storage providers, and access a separate AppSheet database.

They offer a 16% discount on annual plans.

There’s also a free Google Workspace plan for nonprofits. It offers 150-participant video meetings, 100 TB of shared cloud storage, security and management protocols, professional emails at the nonprofit’s domain, and standard support.

Go for the Business Starter plan if:

Business Standard is $7 more expensive per month per user than Starter. It’s worth the extra investment if you:

  • Need all features from Business Starter with per-user storage of 2TB 
  • Want Gemini to be easily accessible in all Google Workspace products
  • Video meetings with 150 participants 
  • Plan on upgrading to enhanced support later
  • Need appointment booking pages to book meetings through your Google Calendar 
  • Want to use electronic signatures with Docs and PDFs

Business Plus costs $9.60 more per month per user than Standard. It’s for larger businesses who need:

  • Google AI Ultra for Business: Includes Google’s most powerful AI models, higher usage limits, priority access to new AI features, and enhanced data protection. Designed for companies that want to embed AI deeply into workflows for content creation, data analysis, coding assistance, and automation. It maintains enterprise-level security, compliance, and administrative controls. Usually costs $250/month, but you can get it for $123.05 until Apr 2026.
  • Voice: Connect your carrier to Google Voice and stay connected via phone and laptop. Make calls, send SMSs, and block spam calls. Plans start at $10/user/month.    
  • AppSheet: A no-code platform to develop and test apps. The Starter Plan costs $5/user/month and offers basic automation features. Core starts at $10/user/month and offers everything in Starter, plus advanced automation and application security controls. Enterprise Plus is a custom plan and offers everything in other plans plus enhanced application security, governance controls, and the ability to connect to enterprise data services.

Google Workspace offers a 16% annual discount on each plan. Business Starter costs $8.40/user/month or $7/user/month with a 1-year commitment. The Business Standard plan costs $16.80/user/month and $14/user/month with the 1-year commitment.

Nonprofits can use the Business Starter plan for free with 100TB of shared storage. Business Standard for non-profits is available at a 75% discount for $3.50/user/month on a 1-year commitment and $4.20/user/month when billed monthly. Business Plus for nonprofits offers a 72% discount and costs $6.16/user/month on a 1-year commitment and $7.40/user per month when billed monthly. The Enterprise plan for non-profits is available at a 70% discount.
